Updates!!! On the screen where you enter the date, you now need to select the site and service time instead of the "Present" option under "Mark as" section. ie "Bearspaw 9:00" You may need to wait until 20 minutes past to run reports as we have lots of people coming late! When you quick print a visitor tag - enter first and last name in their respective fields. Pick another field to enter their allergies (doesn't have to say allergies in the field name), their family ID number and their classroom. If you miss this step, you will need to write them manually on the nametag.
